The Show is family friendly and great value, with gate admission only $15.00 per adults, $5.00 for students and 5 years & under are FREE.

Where else can you get a whole day of fun, activity and action for such a reasonable price?

The Show is open to the public for one epic show day on Saturday from 9.00am to 4.30pm.

Public car parking is clearly sign-posted on the Pompallier College or the Museum grounds.  Charges, if any, are usually gold coin donations to the community groups whose volunteers provide marshalling to make parking safe and easy for you.  You get safe access to parking while supporting community causes!

For those needing disabled parking, there are a limited number of designated car parks near the Barge Showgrounds Events Centre in the heart of the showgrounds.

Yes, you can pay by EFTPOS at the gate and most trade exhibitors have EFTPOS available.  You can also get cash out – EFTPOS only – at the Show office.

There is a lot to do and see at the Show.  From the animals in the livestock and equestrian competitions to the petting area in the Farm Yard nursery, through to the Fresha Valley Suzie Moo Show and everything in between, there is something for everyone at the Show.  See the programme for more information.

Sorry, due to health and safety reasons and other potential risks due to all the other animals and children on the grounds, you need to leave your dog at home.  This includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the show weekend and after show hours.
While you could bring your own food, there will be a wide range of food vendors with mouth-watering and delicious foods and refreshments to suit all tastes during the Show.  Why would you want the hassle of bringing your own when you could support a local business and enjoy it being made for you?
The A&P Show can operate in most weathers!  There are a range of undercover areas, and plenty of places to get out of the weather and still enjoy the trade and other activities on offer.

Yes there will be some rides for younger show-goers including mini jeeps and inflatables.  You can also take a free ride on the Vintage Tractor/trailer.  To take pressure off families in terms of how they spend their time and money at the Show, the large carnival rides are not at the Show. 

There is also lots of other free entertainment such as the ever popular Big Dig ‘treasure’ hunt and the Fresha Valley Suzie Moo Show.
